Daria Buch
Always busy, but not moving toward what truly matters? You want change, but don’t know where to start? Let’s work together. You’ll gain clarity on what to do next and, step by step, build a system that works for you—so you can move toward even bigger goals.
I have a strong corporate background and know firsthand what it means to combine an engaging, demanding career with personal goals, relationships, everyday responsibilities — and the desire to build something of your own.
Alongside my corporate career, I am building my own business. I know how easy it is to spend your days being productive and responsible, while struggling to find enough time and energy for yourself and for the changes that truly matter to you.
My approach to coaching is practical and individual. I don’t believe there is one perfect system that works for everyone. Instead, I help you understand what works for you and turn change into manageable steps and experiments.
Together, we can work on:
* gaining clarity when you feel stuck or overwhelmed;
* defining what really matters to you;
* turning intentions and ambitious goals into concrete actions;
* finding a way to prioritise yourself alongside work and other responsibilities;
* building sustainable systems and habits that fit your real life;
* navigating change without trying to transform everything at once.
I value curiosity, autonomy and experimentation. My role is not to tell you how you “should” live, but to help you understand yourself better, make intentional choices and build an approach that you can actually sustain.
I work in English, French and Russian.
