Yulia Kadamtseva

Having lived abroad for 20+ years myself, I know the gap between what a new place promises and what it actually demands. I help driven women rebuilding life in a new country regulate their overloaded nervous system and get their energy, focus & rhythm back - so the new place finally feels like home.

About the trainer

I'm currently based between Guangzhou and Hong Kong. I've lived abroad myself for over 20 years, across China and Italy — building a life, a business, and even a bags brand from scratch in a country that wasn't mine, closing them during Covid, and rebuilding my career and myself from there.

The pattern I help you break:

•You expected a new place to bring more energy, more inspiration, a better version of yourself
•Instead, simple tasks take more effort, and you have less energy — not more
•You get frustrated with yourself for not making the most of this chapter, and that frustration costs even more energy
•You end up more tired and less motivated — stuck in the same loop, working harder to get out of it

Who I work with:

•Smart, driven women who've relocated — recently or years ago — and hold themselves to high standards
•On the surface, things look fine. Underneath: low energy, routines that don't hold, and more self-criticism than anyone else would apply to them

How I work:

•I start with the nervous system, not habit or mindset advice — because an overloaded nervous system won't respond to willpower
•I help you understand what's actually happening in your brain and body, so you stop seeing yourself as someone who "can't get it together" and start seeing a predictable response to an extraordinary situation
•I teach regulation tools and skills — self-awareness, self-regulation, resilience, adaptability, sustained attention — that make progress hold, so it doesn't depend on motivation alone
•Change comes through regulation and self-compassion, not more effort

Background:

•Built my own company and a bags brand abroad — then closed it during Covid and rebuilt my career from scratch, becoming a Neurointegration Trainer and Coach
•Certified Neurointegration Trainer, Neurointegration Institute (2022)
•Advanced certification, Neurointegration Institute (2024)
•Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health training, The Neuroscience Academy (2025)
•Professional development with Certified Neurointegration Trainers (2026)
•Over 1,000 hours of practice, 1-on-1 and group coaching
