I am a senior international business leader with more than 25 years of experience leading teams, navigating transformation and working across countries and cultures, and I am a Neurointegration Coach.
But beyond titles and roles, I am also a single mother of three, a lifelong learner, and someone who has personally navigated many significant changes and new beginnings. My life has taken me across countries, cultures, careers and different chapters of myself. Some of my most important decisions were made without certainty or a perfect plan — only the understanding that staying where I was no longer felt right.
These experiences shaped my belief that courage is not the absence of fear. We can be afraid, uncertain and still choose to move forward. I also believe that we often have much more strength, wisdom and possibility within us than we can see when we are standing in the middle of change.
This is why I am particularly drawn to working with people at life and career crossroads — those who know something needs to change, but feel held back by fear, uncertainty or a lack of confidence.
Through Neurointegration coaching, I help my clients understand what may be holding them back, reconnect with their inner strength, gain clarity and build the confidence and agency to take their next step. For me, coaching is not about telling someone which path to take. It is about helping them see that they have more choices than they thought — and supporting them in finding the courage to choose the one that is truly theirs. Growth does start at the edge when we are feeling OK being uncomfortable - that's where you start tapping into your "Oh, I can do this too!" feel and that's a deal breaker.
