Jekaterina Kornejeva

I help hands-on leaders with too much on their plates stop putting life on hold by creating a way of working that moves what matters forward and makes space to enjoy life. My approach combines brain-based tools, my experience building and running businesses, and the ancient wisdom of yoga.

About the trainer

I am a co-founder and managing director of VSG Resort in Croatia, as well as a Neurointegration Trainer.

I know firsthand what it is like to be responsible for many things at once and to feel that, if you do not take care of them yourself, nobody else will. When so much depends on you, stepping back can feel risky, as though everything might begin to fall apart without your constant involvement.

That sense of responsibility has shaped many stages of my life. At 18, I moved from Russia to the Czech Republic, where I completed my bachelor’s degree in marketing and later built my first business in real estate and tourism together with partners. That business was eventually sold, and at 27, I moved to Croatia with my six-year-old daughter.

In Croatia, I co-founded a wellness resort and helped build it from the ground up. I coordinated architects, engineers, and contractors, established sales and marketing processes, developed our presence across booking platforms, and recruited a strong team. I was doing all this while learning to navigate a different culture, unfamiliar laws, new professional responsibilities, and motherhood at the same time. Today, I continue to manage the resort and its team.

My personal life has continued to bring new roles and experiences as well. Two years ago, I got married for the first time, and more recently, I became a mother again. Today, I am raising a teenager and a young baby, building my family life, managing a business, and developing a new professional direction in Neurointegration.

It took me time to learn how to carry so many roles and responsibilities without staying constantly switched on. I had to learn how to shift from managing, deciding, and solving problems to being present with my family and enjoying my life.

More than ten years of yoga practice and the tools of Neurointegration have helped me develop this ability. I often wish I had learned these things much earlier in my life.

This is what led me to become a Neurointegration Trainer. I want to support people carrying significant responsibility on this path, so they can keep moving what matters forward without losing themselves or putting life on hold.

MY APPROACH

In Neurointegration, we work with three connected areas: state, thinking, and action. We begin by clarifying your current goals, priorities, and life context. Then we identify which area offers the greatest opportunity for meaningful improvement and can make the biggest difference in helping you move forward.

Together, we choose tools that fit your situation and test them through small, realistic steps. We reflect, adjust, and gradually find an approach that works for you without adding more pressure to your life.

The goal is not to eliminate stress. Stress is an inevitable part of life. What we can develop is inner stability: the ability to see a situation clearly, choose an appropriate response, and remain adaptable when circumstances change.

Clients often describe my approach as supportive, non-judgemental, and attentive. I listen deeply, notice details, and help you recognise your strengths. This can make the process of change feel gentler, lighter, and more manageable.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

My aim is not to help you squeeze even more into an already full life. It is to help you create a way of working that allows you to carry greater responsibility without allowing stress and overload to become your normal state.

I believe in clear structure, flexible action, and staying connected to your state and values. My approach is also shaped by more than ten years of yoga practice and one simple principle: yoga is for life, not life for yoga. The same is true of any tool or practice: it should support your life, not become another demand within it.

The purpose of our work is not simply to help you handle more, but to help you be present for and enjoy the life you are working so hard to build.

I bring attention, structure, tools, and support, but lasting change depends on your participation. I can guide the process, but you are the one doing the work. Your willingness to experiment, reflect, and take the next steps is the most important part of the process.

If this resonates with you, I would be glad to get to know you and explore how I can support you.
