About the trainer
My path to coaching grew from something that has been important to me for many years: people, wellbeing, and the question of how we can live with more awareness and support for ourselves.
Before becoming a Neurointegration Coach, I spent 15+ years in communications, marketing, internal communications, corporate culture, employer branding, and leadership communication. In my previous corporate role, I led internal communications for a bank with 9,000+ employees and built a team of seven people.
For many years, my work has revolved around people: how they understand each other, how they feel inside systems, how trust is built, and how communication affects the way we work and live.
That experience still shapes the way I work today. I value structure, clarity, and practical steps, while staying deeply attentive to the human side of every process.
Wellbeing has also been an important part of my life for a long time. I see it as something deeply practical. How we feel physically and psychologically affects the decisions we make, the relationships we build, the way we work and rest, and the direction we choose for our lives.
I am currently living through my second immigration, now in Berlin. I know from the inside how much energy it takes to rebuild life in a new country, learn a new language, make difficult decisions, let go of previous versions of yourself, and slowly create a new sense of home.
I also know how profoundly becoming a parent can shift identity, priorities, relationships, and the way we see ourselves, especially when this transition happens far from familiar systems and support.
I feel especially drawn to working with people who are:
navigating emigration, life between cultures, or major transitions;
adjusting to new parenthood and the identity changes that come with it;
facing difficult decisions when there is no perfect option;
working with perfectionism, over-responsibility, procrastination, self-sabotage, or the feeling of “I am never ready enough”;
learning to support themselves more gently after difficult early family experiences.
One area I approach with particular care is the long-term impact of difficult or dysfunctional family systems, including experiences often described through the Adult Children of Alcoholics framework. I have explored this area deeply in my own long-term psychotherapy, which gave me a strong respect for safety, pace, boundaries, and the complexity of this work.
I stay clear about the scope of coaching and what it can hold. When a topic requires therapeutic or clinical support, I respect that boundary. In coaching, I focus on self-awareness, understanding stress responses, emotional steadiness, self-support, and small realistic steps toward change.
I often work well with people who may look capable and high-functioning from the outside, while carrying pressure, doubt, old fears, or the habit of pushing through everything alone. I know how exhausting it can be to feel that you always have to manage, prove, decide, adapt, and stay strong.
My coaching style is warm, calm, attentive, and structured.
I create a space where you do not need to perform or have everything figured out. I listen carefully, notice details, reflect back what feels important, and help you see your own patterns and progress more clearly.
My principles are:
- safety before performance;
- curiosity instead of judgment;
- small realistic steps instead of pressure;
- ownership without self-blame;
- evidence-informed tools with respect for real human complexity;
- attention to your pace, history, body, and current state.
In coaching, I want to create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and gently challenged. A space where you can understand what is happening inside, build more internal steadiness, stop fighting yourself all the time, and move toward a life that feels more genuinely yours.
