I lived in Africa for five years and have been living in the United States since December 2011. I have also traveled extensively around the world and had the opportunity to experience and learn about many different cultures. I understand how challenging it can be to adapt to a new environment, build a new life, and find your sense of belonging in a new place.
Using a variety of techniques, I help you explore and work through challenges in different areas of your life. For me, dignity, integrity, and treating every person with respect are essential values in my work.
Alongside Neurointegration practices, I also incorporate ThetaHealing and the “assemblage point” technique from the Universal Therapy method.
