Evgeniya Samsonova
As a professional coach (PCC ICF) and NI trainer, I help people navigate change with confidence while living a fulfilling and happy life. Personal effectiveness and productivity without stress or self-coercion. I help my clients to find and maintain balance through brain-based tools and practices.
After 15 years in the public sector and the corporate world, I decided to change direction, transitioning from law to psychology and coaching. This shift has brought a deep sense of meaning and fulfillment to my life.
Clients typically come to me seeking help with:
- managing stress and burnout,
- recognizing their own value and strengths,
- overcoming procrastination,
- breaking out of a rut and getting moving,
- making progress toward their goals,
- creating and sticking to a plan for personal objectives and projects,
- learning to manage their state of mind and process emotions.
If you value attention to detail and a strategic perspective, I would be happy to assist you - this is exactly how I help my clients identify what truly matters and take action. My approach draws on 10 years of experience at an international consulting firm, over 1,700 hours of coaching, and an analytical mindset.
Outside of work, I love traveling with my family and children (and on my own!), enjoying long walks, knitting (it’s the best way for me to clear my mind!), and improving my French (I recently passed the DELF B2 exam). My goal is to one day work with clients in French, just as I do in English and Russian. Pourquoi pas?)
