If you think you lack the discipline to start something new, perhaps discipline isn't the real issue. I know this from personal experience. I help people who have (or had) a corporate job while developing a side-project or consider starting a business or just have many ideas waiting for “later.”
I spent 10+ years working in large corporations, including Citibank, Coca-Cola, and Henkel — in sales, business development, launching projects, and working with clients.
So I understand the reality of people who have a job, a family, responsibilities, and still feel the drive to do more, perhaps even dream about launching a business of their own.
For most of my career, I wanted to create and accomplish many new things. I set goals, made plans, started and often ended up putting off the things that actually mattered.
If I had had the tools and knowledge I gained through Neurointegration back then, I think I would be a different person today.
That is why I am particularly interested in working with people who know what they want but, for some reason, struggle to turn that understanding into action.
For example:
- you want to launch a new project but can't seem to get started;
- you've already started, but progress is painfully slow;
- you keep putting off important things, even when you know exactly what needs to be done;
- you set goals but struggle to maintain momentum;
- you feel capable of more, but somehow find yourself stuck.
Today, I use Neurointegration tools in my coaching practice to help people understand the internal barriers that keep them from moving forward and make meaningful changes in their lives.
No magic pills. No promises of a “new life” after one session.
And no advice along the lines of “you just need to pull yourself together.”
Although sometimes, of course, pulling yourself together does help :)
