Ksenia Sergeeva

You can't slow down, and being told to rest only makes it worse. Fifteen years working beside CEOs taught me what that life really costs. I help people who carry a lot recover their energy, think clearly again and build a week that holds together.

About the trainer

Most of the people I work with don't look like they need help. Their work gets done, their calendar is full, and from the outside it reads as success. What isn't visible is how little is left underneath.

I know this from the inside. For more than 15 years I worked as a business and personal assistant to CEOs and their leadership teams, in companies where the pace never really dropped. I saw what it takes to hold that much, and what it quietly takes away.

People usually come to me when:
• there's too much of everything and no obvious place to start
• a lot is getting done, but the sense of moving forward is gone
• focus keeps slipping and the day disappears into other people's priorities
• stopping feels impossible, even when the tiredness is obvious
• something is shifting: a new role, a new country, a new stage of work or life

What we work on is clarity, less internal pressure, and a system of action that survives a real week rather than an ideal one.
Neurointegration is built on neuroscience and the mechanics of habit, not on motivation. We work in three-week sprints across three areas.
Your foundation: state, sleep, energy, the structure of your day.
Your drive: the goals you've actually set for yourself, whatever they are. Sometimes that's a professional move, sometimes it's learning to draw, taking dance lessons or finally starting something you've postponed for years.
And your enjoyment of life, the part that doesn't need to lead anywhere to be worth your time.
That third one is where I resisted hardest myself. When I first went through this work as a client, being asked to make room for pleasure and rest genuinely irritated me. I didn't have enough hours for the things I actually had to do, so deliberately planning joy felt absurd. It took me a while to see that this was the whole point. The energy I kept trying to squeeze out of discipline was sitting in the part of my life I had cut first.
That's usually how it goes: enjoyment is the first thing busy people drop and the last thing they get back, and it's often where recovery starts.
I bring my own experience into this work as well: building projects of my own, mentoring, parenting, moving countries and rebuilding life after big changes. I have a degree in economics. I ride horses, ski, travel constantly, sing in a choir and paint, because I want a life that holds more than obligations.
I work online, in English and Russian, with clients in different countries and time zones.
If you're at a point of change or growth and want to go through it deliberately rather than by force, we can start with a short session: you tell me what's going on, and we look together at what's really happening and where to begin.
