Lyubov Hoyer
After burnout 3 years ago, I began rebuilding my life through fitness, mental health and Neurointegration. As a 13+ year expat, former project manager and lifelong athlete, I know what it means to start over — and help others find their own path with structure, curiosity, humor and courage.
Before moving into coaching, I worked as a project manager in engineering geology and later as a project coordinator in IT. I hold two Master’s degrees (MSc and MBA) and am currently studying to become a Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapy.
I am structured, curious and open-minded, with a good sense of humor. I value respect, openness and a genuine willingness to change. I also love challenging people to discover what they are truly capable of.
Sport has been part of my life since childhood. I feel I am truly a trainer at heart — I love motivating people, supporting them along the way and seeing their progress. Being part of someone’s journey and watching them achieve things they once thought were impossible is truly one of the best parts of my life.
As a hobby I teach swimming to children on Sundays and am building a community in Tenerife, with a long-term vision of creating a retreat space.
