About the trainer

Most people I work with are capable and used to managing things themselves. On the surface, everything seems fine. But inside, fatigue, tension, and anxiety have been building up for some time. It becomes harder to rest, focus, or make decisions. Energy drops, sleep gets disrupted, and things that once mattered lose their pull.

People often see this as a lack of willpower or discipline, so they push themselves even more. But behind fatigue, procrastination, or lost motivation, there is usually something deeper: long-term overload, automatic stress responses, and repeating patterns. I help you understand these mechanisms, get a clearer sense of your own state, and find practical ways to change without forcing yourself.

What people come to me with:

- burnout, emotional and professional
- chronic stress and a background tension that won't switch off
- anxiety and trouble relaxing
- persistent fatigue and low energy
- lost motivation, procrastination, self-sabotage
- trouble concentrating and making decisions
- sleep disrupted by overload
- harsh self-criticism and constant pressure on yourself
- the same unhelpful patterns repeating
- adapting after a move or emigration
- life changes and the loss of familiar bearings
- moving toward goals without grinding yourself down

How I work

I don't use just one method for everyone. Depending on your needs, I use neurointegration and a solution-focused approach, and I pay close attention to how emotion, stress, and the body are connected.

Neurointegration is at the core of my work. Simply put, it means noticing your own tension and energy levels, learning to manage your state more intentionally, and recognising automatic responses so you can choose better ones. Instead of trying to change everything at once, we focus on small, realistic steps: tracking your state, understanding your reactions, and building skills such as slower breathing, focused attention, and recovery practices to help your nervous system calm down. What matters most to me is whether the approach is helpful for you.

A little about me

I have worked in research and education since 2011, and as a neurointegration coach since 2024. I approach things like a researcher: I read studies, rely on what evidence supports, and I don't promise instant results or expect you to fix everything with willpower. I am based in Serbia and have experienced relocation myself.

If any of this sounds familiar, you can book a free 15-minute introductory session through the link in my profile. It's a chance to see where you are and whether this way of working is right for you.
