Ana Gracheva
I am a professional "achiever" with the background in financial sphere.
I graduated from the top university in my county - MGIMO. I finished the department of Economics with flying colours. Moreover, while studying I started working in a prestigious and well-known investment company. This corporate job allowed me to understand the structure of a career pathway in international businesses.
After 4 years of hard work I got burned out. I couldn’t do anything. My psyche was exhausted because of chronic stress and fatigue. My daily routine (that time) only consisted of sleep, eating meals, walking in the park and swimming in the pool. I couldn’t EVEN LISTEN about studying or working. However, as the saying goes, there is no trouble WITHOUT GOOD.
Thanks to this period in my life, that lasted for several months, I started learning coaching and other disciplines related to mental health. I devoted 1000+ hours to the analysis of productivity tools. Moreover, I finished the educational program accredited by ICF.
That's how my career as a helping specialist began.
