About the trainer
I notice things people haven't said yet: the hesitation before a sentence, the shift in someone's voice when a topic gets close to something real. That's often where the actual work begins.
I'm a Neurointegration Coach and Supervisor, working with individuals, groups, and teams since 2020, and a Supervisor at the Neurointegration Institute since its very first cohort in 2021.
My work starts with curiosity about your world -- how you experience life, what happens underneath your familiar reactions, and how your system responds. I don't believe in fixing people or fitting them into standard solutions. I want to understand the unique person in front of me first, and I trust that, more often than not, they already sense what they need. My job is to help that surface.
Alongside Neurointegration, my training includes nervous-system typology and Satori Healing -- additional lenses on how sensitivity, activation, and stress responses differ from person to person. In practice, this shapes how I work: burnout looks different depending on how your system collapses under pressure, and recovery means something different too. Impostor syndrome can be self-doubt, or it can be natural sensitivity being mistaken for a flaw. Even how someone adapts to a new country, role, or relationship often traces back to their nervous system's default way of handling change. When needed, I also draw on Satori Healing to work through specific psychological blocks.
I often work with:
▪️ Burnout and chronic overload
▪️ Impostor syndrome and self-doubt
▪️ Understanding and changing stress reactions
▪️ Adapting to a new country, role, or life stage
▪️ Emotional intelligence and relationships
My Background & Context:
My path spans international client management in IT, team leadership, teaching, and facilitation. Originally trained as a philologist in Arabic and English, I've spent much of my career working across cultures and languages. Today, alongside Neurointegration, I mentor young people through Jóvenes Adelante in Mexico.
Having moved countries myself, learned multiple languages, and experienced motherhood, I bring a personal understanding of what it means to adapt, renegotiate your identity, and find your footing as life changes around you.
How I Work:
I listen closely, including to what happens underneath the words. I ask questions, reflect back what I notice, use metaphors, and gently challenge you when there's something worth exploring.
My principles are simple: curiosity over judgment, your experience before my interpretation, and working with your natural patterns rather than against them.
For Coaches Looking for Supervision:
I've supervised seven Russian-language Certification Program cohorts and one English-language cohort, combining long-term group masterminds, individual supervision, and practical case work.
In supervision, I listen not only to the client's story, but to what's humming underneath it, the state behind their words, the thing they might not have named yet. Together, we look at what's happening within the client, in the coaching process, and in you as the professional.
I'm less interested in whether you asked the perfect question, I focus on why you chose an intervention, what you noticed, and what happened as a result. Bring your hardest cases, your uncertainty, your mistakes, without the pressure to perform expertise.
My goal is for supervision to feel deep, warm, and clear -- a place where you can say what's really happening and we make sense of it together.
