I'm a neurointegration coach and a yoga teacher with a systems mindset. I help expats rebuild the healthy habits their move broke — movement, food, rest, routine — blending the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern neuroscience.
I know how disappointing it feels when the move doesn't go the way you imagined. You expected a fresh start — a blank page, permission to leave old patterns and fears behind, to finally become the person you always wanted to be. Instead: the new language isn't clicking as fast as you'd hoped, you're grumpy and tense instead of open to your new surroundings, the climate is doing something to your body you never accounted for, meeting new people leaves you more drained than energized — and the old patterns you thought you'd worked through show up anyway, piling more stress onto days that were already stressful enough.
That gap — between the fresh start you expected and the exhausted reality you're living — is exactly where I work, and where I've been myself.
My path here started somewhere unexpected: a bachelor's degree in software engineering and several years working in tech. That background still shapes how I work — I understand what it's like to sit for hours, think hard, and lose touch with your body along the way.
Yoga became my second path over 10 years ago, and it's been my teaching practice ever since. In 2024 I found neurointegration and haven't left the method since — today I'm a Certified Neurointegration Coach through an ICF-aligned program.
