Daryna Shmoilova
My goal is to give you the tools and support to see possibilities where, right now, you see uncertainty and anxiety. I help corporate professionals start loving Mondays again ( a career pivot, work-related stress, communication and boundaries, burnout, life purpose, joy)
Corporate freelance consultant in the IT sector for 8 years, helping organisations build effective, high-performing and happy teams. I’m also a certified Neurointegration Coach and have been living in the Netherlands since 2015.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been searching for a career that would make me feel truly purposeful and fulfilled. Luckily, I’ve reached a point where my work, purpose and financial independence come together. But getting here wasn’t a straight path.
I’ve been through burnout, quit my corporate career, started my own business, experienced things not working out, and went through a divorce. All of these experiences have shaped who I am today and taught me that there are no failures in life — you either grow or you learn.
We’re all living this life for the first time. So why not give ourselves permission to make the moves we want, even when we don’t have everything figured out? There is no such thing as a perfect path — because perfection doesn’t exist.
I’m also spiritually inclined, so if you’re open to it, I can incorporate astrology and Human Design into my coaching as additional tools for self-discovery and guidance.
