About the trainer

I'm a personal finance guide for women — immigrants, mothers, career professionals, entrepreneurs, or women rebuilding after divorce. Whether you're starting from zero or already doing well and want a second opinion, I help you build a real plan, actually follow through on it, and change your relationship with money so it holds up long after we've stopped working together.

What we can work on together:
- Budgeting and spending plans that align with your actual values, not restriction
- Getting started with investing, no confusing jargon
- Long-term wealth strategy — retirement accounts, FIRE, aligning investments with the life you want
- The psychology of money — financial anxiety, fear of investing, limiting beliefs
- Major life decisions — buying a home, changing careers, taking a sabbatical
- RSUs — tax implications, sell-vs-hold, calculating real total compensation
- Money within a partnership — communication, shared goals, turning money into teamwork instead of stress
- Raising financially mindful kids
- Navigating the US financial system as a newcomer — credit, taxes, accounts, from someone who's actually done it

Background:
- AFC® Candidate (Accredited Financial Counselor®)
- Certified NeuroIntegration Coach (Neurointegration Institute) — completed July 2026
- Career at Google; master's degree from MIT

How NeuroIntegration shows up in my work: financial change is hard even when you already know what to do — stress responses, avoidance, prediction error, habit formation all get in the way. I use NeuroBalance, NeuroSprint, and NeuroSurfing to work with that directly, not around it, so the plan, the follow-through, and the underlying relationship with money all change together — and stay changed.

Why this work, personally: I left my parents' home at 17 to study in a different city and was fully self-supporting by 20. I rebuilt my entire financial life from scratch after moving to the US at 27 with a young family — new system, new country. I've navigated divorce, blending a family, an MIT degree while working and parenting, and I'm still building toward my own financial independence today. Money is never just numbers, and I don't treat it like it is.
