Stanislava Minakova
I help ambitious professionals turn insight into sustainable change. By working with state, thinking and actions, we uncover patterns that hold you back and build practical ways to move forward with more clarity, energy and choice.
🌍 My professional journey combines two worlds: more than 15 years of international corporate leadership and my work as a certified Neurointegration Coach.
Working in a global business environment has given me first-hand experience of high responsibility, constant change, complex decisions and the challenge of balancing performance with personal wellbeing. This is one of the reasons I became deeply interested in how our brain and nervous system 🧠 shape the way we think, feel and act.
🔎 In my coaching practice, I help clients explore the patterns behind their reactions, decisions and habits. Rather than simply pushing for more discipline or motivation, we look at what is happening at the level of state, thinking and action, and experiment with practical ways to create change that can actually fit into real life.
🤝 My approach is warm, curious and collaborative. I believe the client is the author of their own decisions. My role is to help you see what may be difficult to notice from inside the situation, ask meaningful questions, offer evidence-informed practices and support you in turning insights into sustainable change.
✨ I especially enjoy working with people who are capable, curious and used to achieving a lot, yet feel that their old ways of pushing themselves are no longer giving them the life, energy or results they want.
